I am hand formed and painted these 3 one of a kind artisan buttons. They are made from a black clay from Canada. The buttons were fired in my kiln to a temperature of 2258F.  

The clay I use is fired to the stage of stoneware which makes them tough and they should not require removal during hand or delicate machine washing.
